Greetings & A Production Number ?

Just wanted to introduce myself,
I am in the Detroit area and picked up a 3.5 Titanium a week ago. Traded in a Ranger 4x4 for it and I have to say it is a blast!
I also want to thank everyone for the wealth of information contained on this forum. I was reading it before the purchase as well as daily since.

My question is for those who have contacted Mazda regarding the production number. I emailed customerassistance@mazdausa.com , gave them the vin and was told that my car is # 353 of 2750 built. I was going to post this on the production # thread, however someone has already posted that they have #353. Is it possible that I got misinformation via their email team? Should I call their 800 number and verify it?
