Greddy Profec B- spec II and Greddy TT

I purchased the Greddy EBC and Greddy TT this weekend for a really good price off craig's list but I'm really debating if I want to to install them. I know the TT is fine but I'm real iffy on installing the EBC, as I really don't want to screw up my car by toying with the boost levels without adjusting A/F ratios. Has anyone taken their car in to get warranty work after having MBC and BCD installed? What happened, etc...? Is atps BCD preset to bleed boost down to stock levels? If not, How do you set it , etc??
