I wanted to post this since i love this kind of stuff! I have my associates/minor in criminal justice/law; i took a few constitutional law classes while at university, one of which including the 4th amendment.

So we all have cars here, what do you think of law enforcement placing a GPS tracking device on a car on monitoring it's movement?
Does that violate one's right to privacy?
Would that be an illegal search?
Would one need a warrant to place a tracking device on a car?
