I've got a little over 47k miles on the OEM Toyo's (2021 CX-5) and I'm planning to go with Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3's when I replace them. I put them on my wife's Volvo XC-60 about 2-1/2 years ago and I am very pleased with them as far as performance in all conditions and tire wear. They have a 800 AA rating which is tough to match and they're also about $30 a tire less than CC2's.
If snow traction is at the top of your priorities, the CC2 is a better choice; CC2's are rated as "Severe Snow Service Rated" by tirerack.com and the Scorpions are not, but we have found them to be quite adequate for the conditions that we have encountered in New England.
