Fuel Cut Defender workings Question....

The FCD as I understand it bleeds off some perceived Intake Manifold pressure so the sensor only sees....what psi..?..Will it allow the MAP sensor to see only a max of ?? psi, the stock 15.6psi or a bit higher at 18 psi where the fuel cut off starts ? Or does it bleed off a percentage of the pressure right from the start ? Since the ECU will only see this max psi, higher boost levels will start to get leaner AFR's I presume..has anyone, on a stock system otherwise, seen what AFR's are reached at these mildly increased over stock boost levels, say from 17psi -21psi?

I guess I should also ask if a stock turbo, DP'd car..i.e. all stock, will produce boost levels above stock with a fuel cut defender in place since my MS3 has never hit a fuel cut off point to my knowledge.

Appreciate any info. offered

You should just invest in even a used Cobb AccessPort instead of the FCD. With an AP even the over the shelf tunes will be raising that boost cut limit. Otherwise I couldn't tell you, descriptions of the product from the manufacturer though should explain the mechanics.
