FSDE / Turbo Question from French noob

Hi everyone, first of all i'm french so sorry if it's a bit difficult to inderstand what a mean.
So i'm looking for all information about turning a stock fsde engine (from a mx6) to a turbo engine. I'v already search on internet about the mazdaspeed protege ...
So i got really basics questions. does the stock ECU from the mx6 will run with some turbo setup? i juste want a pretty stock turbo setup just a stock turbo with low boost.
Does i just need a turbo manifold/turbo/home made downpipe/ic/and modified oil panel for the turbo and job done?
