Sorry if this is off-topic, but it might be pertinent to the rules of this forum. Basically what happened is that the requirement of "secondary producers" (which would have included people who post naked pics of chicks on message boards) to retain 2257 documents is pretty much dead. Here's the full article. I'm not sure if it was the case with MazdaForums, but I know a lot of other message boards temporarily suspended the posting of any nudity in their forums. But it looks like we can post more risque material again without fear of prosecution from the US government. Just thought y'all would like to know.
