This is just for the Fans of Forza, Im trying to get the world out about the game (for the Microsoft Xbox) and from what i have seen on the web not many people know what the game is about, most people just think it will be another racer like Gran-Turismo so I would like to tell you.

Forza Motor sports will be a real racing simulator that will debut sometime in February, it will have over 200 cars that all take damage and are all fully customizable. The cars will take visual damage as well as performance damage; the forzacentral ForzaPlanet and the forzaworld teams have all found a lot of information on the game. There will be car clubs on the game via Xbox live, you will be able to paint your own car with 100 available layers (Moto GP 2 only had 7 layers and people where able to reproduce many beer labels and some outstanding logos with just 7 layers). You will be able to take a stock car and add body kits, turbos, switch engines from another car, add various types of rear and front spoilers (taken from rear world companies) and new rims. seeing that Forza is trying to be the most realistic racer ever created all of these parts where taken from the real world aftermarket parts manufactories, everything you add to you car will effect how you she handles. So, if your nice spinier rims are two heavy, look for you car to feel more sluggish in the curves and your 0-60 time to drop off some.

The teams at www.forzaplant.com/ www.Forzacentral.com and www.forzaworeld.com have also found out that single player is only half of what this game has to offer. When you go online via Xbox live you will be able to trade cars trade paint job make user clubs with up to 100 members. as of right now the game will; have 200+ cars and over 40 tracks both real world and fictional tracks.

By the way i am a hardcore BMW fan and cant wait to make my own M3 gtr in Forza. ypu can take a stock M3 and rup the motor our of a M5 and make your own M3 GTR. i couldn't find a game that had my M3GTR so i found a game that would let me make it.

Nothing to really make me want this game over GT4 besides online upon its release. I think GT4 will be the better driving experience with the driving force pro and its 900 degree rotation

I have the wheel and the demo disc and drifting is very much like the real thing! (crazy)

This is what I always wanted from a racing game. Something that finally takes online gaming to racing. GT4 is a good game build upon a solid history, so it'll take a little bit more for Forza racing to edge GT series, but this would be a great showdown. Can't wait. I love the fact you get to pick your origin. Asia baby!!

Did you also see that you will be ableto pinkslip race online? alot of the game will be online but off line players will have a full game too.

Right now i'm looking for some car pros to keep the facts on what the game should be on the boards, i would be very thankful if some of you came by and helped us out with what sort of mods we should be looking for.

man **** gt4, itll be just the same as all the rest, im ready for forza, it should PWN gt4 in my eyes

It all depends on what you goals are for the car.

Is the game going to have drag racing? Is there going to be road course stuff?

There is a difference in the way to set up each car given the demands of each form of racing.

its a track racing game

I know what this, and I can't wait. Seeing as I don't have a PS2 and refuse to buy one just for 1 game, I'm really interested in seeing this. I have seen it in action and it looks very very impressive.

To me though, it can have all the pretty cars, addons, online s*** and so on. If the car physics aren't right, I don't care. PG2's car physics aren't that great at all. There needs to as close as real physics as possible, but not to the point where it's completely un-playable ( Nascar racing on PC anyone? or the Indy games too, which all sucked ass)

Hey Newf, if you want a super super hard racing game. I suggest F1 simulation with all driver's aide turned off. Holy crap that was hard. Yes PS2's GT series lacks some realistic physic models, that's why I can't wait to test Forza.

to be honest, I find games like that very very touchy, and frustrating. Besides, I have never driven anything like a F1 race car so I have no idea what it's like to drive.

I'm thinking, Porsche Unleashed for PC. That was a good mix of good physics, and still fun. Another one that's newer would be Richard Burns Rally for PC. That thing is amazing if you have a wheel. The in car sounds of the STI are worth the look alone, but it drives very much like a real car so when you try to drift and other rally type driving, it does what you expect it to. They even have a driving school mode that teaches you how to transfer the weight of the car when turning, how to turn with just the brake peddle and so on. It's wild.

The GT series for the PS2 isn't that bad actually, but not quite perfect by any means.

gt4 will be the same as gt3, just like it was the same as gt2 and so forth
Well, if you consider better graphics, more cars and new tracks as "the same as GT3", then I guess you are right....

yeah, thats all they ever change, they never actually change the engine or anything, if youre good at one of them, youre good at all of them.

if i could change something about the gt series id change the sense of speed, you feel like youre going soooo slow and its hard to estimate your speed without looking at the speedo

and one more thing, the "simulation tires" are NOT a simulation of good tires, theyre a simulation of summer tires on an icy pond

Why fix something that ain't broke?

The engine is pretty realistic. Still the best one out there.

If you knwo what you are doing with the specific changes in aero and suspension you will imporve your times over what the game gives you when you buy the stuff.

The game is pretty deep in that respect. And no two cars handle the exact same with the same adjustments...

Yes there will be drag racing.
Now see, that adds a cool feature and does change the strategy for building the car.

This sounds cool. Now there are two games worth buying on the X Box...I just might start looking at one.

Have you heard about Flat out? Xbox has been the racres console for a long time, non racers even say they are sick of seeing all these racers.

I don't know about X Box being the reacers console, all the racers I talk to talk about Gran Turismo 3...
