Formal Complaint with Mazda USA

who was the person that complained about the sway bar bushings to mazda usa and told everyone to call this one person...i called mazda and they have record of any complaints for this car....wut-tha-fuk-iz-goin-on!!!!

I made a formal complaint to Mazda Canada...tell them to call the technical hotline...they are actually changing my bushings as we speak...

I didn't call mazda headquarters but I am also in the process of getting my bushings replaced by my mazda dealership..They new about the problem....This is a problem on all mp3

I posted and told everyone to call the 800 # and complain about the sway bar clunk. The idea was to make sure that Mazda was aware of the problem. Since then, Mazda has released a new part # for the bushings on the sway bar underbody links (right where it is attached to the frame in the center of the sway bar). I had mine replaced w/ the new bushings yesterday, and all of the clunking is gone.
The old Mazda # is: BN7H-28-156B
The new one is: BN7H-28-156C

I DID CALL MAZDA USA AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR..BUT SHE HAD LOGGED MY COMPLAINT AND I TOLD HER ALL ABOUT THIS WEBSITE.....THIS REALLY SUX!!!!!

HMM- I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU. I TOOK MINE IN AND THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I CALLED THE 800# AND COMPLAINED, ABOUT A MONTH LATER, MY DEALERSHIP CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THEY HAD RECIEVED A FORMAL COMPLAINT FROM ME CONCERNING THE SWAY BAR CLUNK. IT COULD BE THE FACT THAT I SPECIFIED THAT THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, AND I WAS UNHAPPY W/ THE SERVICE. I TOOK IT BACK IN AFTER THE DEALER CALLED. THEY LOOKED AT IT AGAIN, I GAVE THE TECH THAT WORKED ON THE CAR A COPY OF ONE OF THE DISCUSSIONS ON THIS FORUM CONCERNING THIS PROBLEM. HE CALLED THE TECH LINE, ORDERED THE PARTS, I BROUGHT IT IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATER, AND VOILA! THE PROBLEM IS FIXED. AFTER MY SECOND VISIT TO THE DEALER FOLLOWING THE COMPLAINT, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A REGIONAL MAZDA MANAGER WHO ASKED ME WHETHER OR NOT THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN CORRECTED, AND HOW WAS THE SERVICE? I TOLD HIM I WAS HAPPY SO FAR AND WOULD BE HAPPIER STILL WHEN THE NEW PARTS WERE INSTALLED. HE THEN ASKED ME IF HE COULD CLEAR THE COMPLAINT!!! I SAID YES, AND NOW EVERYTHING IS BETTER...
GOOD LUCK, I HOPE YOU GET THE SERVICE THAT I DID...

Just got back from the dealership...of course they had to have me come in to "diagnose" the problem...and of course the day I make my appt. its 50 degrees out...of course, I couldn't "replicate" the noise...so no luck. I'm bringing it in at night next week so that it can sit over night and hopefully be nice and cold for them when they drive it so they can hear and finally fix it. BTW, I gave them a thread from earlier with the part numbers and everything else, but of course they still had to hear it themselves.  Someone mentioned earlier that they called a number and logged a formal complaint which resulted in a *proactive* call from thier dealership to have them bring it in to be fixed without problem...could you please post that number again, whoever it was? Thanks.

Did I say "of course" enough in this post?
:D
