First gear is bouncy on takeoff?

As i start in first gear and throughout first my car accelerates in a jerky, bouncy motion. None of the other gears do this, anyone know what could be the issue? It does this no matter how much clutch or how little i give it, fast or slow accels

Ive noticed this ever since I've had my P5. The slightest adjustment with the gas pedal in 1st gear causes a tremendous amount of turbulence. I recall being told it's normal for these cars.

Thank you all for the input! And yes its always had a little turbulence but recently gotten worse! I'll start by checking the mounts

Clutch is most likely on its way out. Motor mounts as well.

Had a lot of this on my car until today. Clutch slave cylinder and rubber line replaced (new line is a goodridge stainless steel braided line) fixed it for me.

I changed 3 motor mounts (not the rear) and that helped but what affected the lurching the most for me was fixing the leak in the 'accordion' intake hose.
