Firefox Anyone?

firefox is great. it reads CSS for what it really is. I use IE and firefox for web design. There are still a few things you can do in IE that you cannot do in firefox however.

examples? im not so computer saavy

some javascripting functions work in IE, but not firefox. it's quite pain in the butt, but overall, firefox is great.

I used to use Firefox, I loved it to death. I use Safari now, but Firefox will keep a special spot in my heart.

true but i have experienced the vice versa as well

Swiftfox for me (on Ubuntu Linux)

it is seriously the fastest browser I have ever used... i have an old computer and I could tell a huge difference from regular Firefox... It's the core for Firefox 2 coming soon, I'd be excited if I still had XP

what does that do? I'm still new to my distro... argh

heh. xgl/compiz can go on any distro pretty much (on top of kde or gnome, or other wm's as well). there's a couple of how-tos for ubuntu. here's a video:

it's a amazing. it's what i use right now on top of a distro called kororaa which is based on gentoo, still in beta stage. it's temporary until ubuntu comes out with their new version (edgy) because they fooked something up with their current release to make it not work with my kind of wireless card
