Fans

I am not to sure about this but when my car is on the fan closest to the interwarmer lol comes on but the other fan only seems to come on if I have the cabin fan or ac turned on while my neighbors 03.5 seems to come on randomly. Idont know which one has a problem if any at all, I would rather have both going all the time or whenever it would normally kick on dealer said there was nothing wrong and had no codes or anything. Anyone one know anything about this

The one over the IC is the primary fan and will come on more often (thats the one that when the water temp gets hot it kicks on) the other is your ac fan and im not sure when it comes on but it is normal.
