- 2008 Mazda CX-7
Hey All,
I'm having a lot of problems with my 2008 Mazda CX-7 that no shop seems to diagnose. When I turn the key off, the fan keeps blowing, which I've been told is normal due to the turbo engine. I haven't sat in the garage listening for it to see how long it goes, but more than 5 minutes at times. Normally it's fine, but 3 times in the past month I've tried to start it up and the battery is dead. In the 6 years I've had this car I've never had a dead battery until this month, so I doubt it's something I'm all of a sudden doing that's draining it. I've had the battery checked, alternator tested, all of that by a local shop and a Mazda dealership and they both send me out the door saying nothing's wrong and there's nothing they can do to try and fix it. It's gotten to the point where I've bought a portable jumper so I don't get stranded because I don't trust this car anymore.
Any ideas of what this may be? Any help/suggestions would be amazing.
