Familia Question

I have been checking out Mazda of Japan online but I don't have language translators and my japanese is a little scetchy

Anywho, from what I can tell they only offered the familia sedan with AWD with the 1.5 liter engine. If this is true, did they make a familia sedan sport 20 with the 2.0 and AWD?

I am looking for just that, basically an MP3 with the fsze and AWD. Was this car ever made or do I need to take some japanese classes?
