Any advice for error code P0140?

Hi everyone, I recently received a code P0140 on my 2014 CX-5, and the engine check light is illuminated. I suspect that the oxygen sensor may be malfunctioning, but I’m unsure whether it’s the upstream or downstream sensor. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations?

#6. Mass Air Flow Sensor.
My co-worker's '14 Mazda3 had this failure.
He replaced it DIY.
If you clean it, make sure you use the right cleaner.

Try the cheap fix first.

I had the same thing happen to my 2013 2.0l back in the day with less than 50k miles. I cleaned the MAS and housing a couple of times, but it kept coming back a couple of thousand miles later. Sold the car so I never knew what the final outcome was.
