Engine won't crank, just clicks

I have 2006 Mazdaspeed 6, 4cyl 2.3L. Yesterday it would not start. Starter is not cranking. All I get is a click under the hood. Tried replacing the battery with a brand new one. Checked all the fuses & relays. Tried 3 different keys. Still nothing. Any suggestions of what to try next?
