2 2tall Member : 1995 Mazda, 323 Dec 24, 2011 #2 very very little. they are almost identical. there are a few emission changes thats all. the newer 1 is OBD II proper and the 95 is OBD I with an OBD II connector as well. neither system works very well in the 95.
