Engine stumble at varying rpms?

My engine feels like it's stumbling (best word i can think of to describe it) in all gears when the throttle is depressed more than 50%. It's violent enough that it throws me forward in my seat.
it occurs around 6000 rpms in 1st, 5400 in 2nd, 4600 in 4th, 3800 in 3rd, 2800 in 5th and 2200 in 6th.

at first i thought it was an ECU issue considering i found a tsb from march (01-019/10) that said "some customers may experience engine stumble for 1-2 seconds when the vehicle is cruising at 2200 rpm in 5th or 6th gear with the accelerator depressed more than 50%. In some cases, DTC P0234 (turbocharger over boost condition) is stored without the MIL ON. This is due to inadequate PCM calibration, which has now been changed."

I took my ms6 into the dealership to have them re-flash the ECU and showed them the TSB but they said it read fine and didnt need re-flashing.

the problem only showed up after I had a clutch and flywheel install done a couple weeks ago

Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Do you have any mods?

If you have a way to log data, do a log of pulls in each gear. Make sure you check the fuel pressure. Sounds like that might be the culprit.

How many miles are on your car?

And just a heads up...it's not exactly a good idea to put a lot of pressure on the throttle in a high gear when you're below 3 grand. You tend to bend rods that way ;)

48,000 and in that case i'll stop doing that...i was just trying to ascertain if the problem was in all gears

Have you ever changed out the plugs? They might be fouled out. I had this problem before, bit mine would only "stumble" when it would hit boost.

That's what I was going to say. I was having some similar issues with mine until I swapped out my OEM plugs (fouled) with Densos. Problem went away :)
