Just looking for some feedback on which engine mounts everyone suggests. I was looking at either the AWR mounts from protege garage or does any one recommend another company. Suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

I have SLS Side mount and I hate it. It clanks constantly. I had awr mounts and they rattled my dash to death. I have also had stock filled mounts.

I recently ordered medieval mounts. They are definitely the way to fly. You can't beat the price with a stick either. http://www.medievalllc.com/news.php

I just took a look at the medieval mounts and you definitely cant beat that price. Has anyone else heard of medieval mounts?

if it is a daily driver and you dont want some ANNOYING vibrating, i would get front and back CorkSport inserts.

the medieval mounts say that the mount uses an 70A hot poor urethane. this material holds like a 100 durameter, but contains anti vibration molecules that keep 85% of the harmonics in the bushing.

The stock motor mounts are inadequate for even a stock car. The Medieval mounts will tighten up your engine from flopping around and reduce torque steer and wheel hop. They are the ultimate stability for your engine/trans. These are a direct bolt in replacement mount. Constructed with a steel frame with steel inserts and custom polyurethane bushings.

I use a custom made bushing that has at least 30% more urethane than leading competitors and is a hot poor 70A urethane. This material is superior to the standard cold poor because it last longer and transfers less engine vibration. Now, one must understand that by going from a stock mount to a more ridged mount you will increase vibration. I feel my mounts offer the least amount of vibration transfer while still holding the engine secure.

Here is the current GP

I have mounts from a website I cannot mention. I like them very much. They are a softer durameter than others but have a solid cnc machined housing that helps them to work as well as a stiffer durameter mount. Vibration isnt too bad at all. I used to have hasport motor mounts when I had my honda. Very high quality mount. I would rate the brand I have up there with hasport mounts.
