Engalls ETD Issue........

So I bought the Engalls ETD back in Sept 09 and have been hearing a clunking noise between shifts recently. I took the ETD off and test drove the the car and the clunking noise went away. I inspected the ETD closer and the shaft can easily be pushed and pulled in and out of the Damper housing. When it was brand new you couldn't budge it, it was solid as a cock.... I mean rock! Anyway I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue with this ETD or any other for that matter. I emailed the place I bought it from to see if they will warranty it, I`ll keep you all posted!
