Economical door edge cover options?

I have door damage as shown in picture with yellow circle and I need to cover it aesthetically and economically with very less spend . I think a cover which goes through the edge will work. To make it uniform, I can add it on other doors as well. But I dunno from where can I get it. Anyone has good advice and suggestions?

Yes. Either this, or for the ghetto look, 1/4 " tubing at Home Depot. Even if it doesn't cover it completely you'll be the only one who really sees it

The cost to fix the damage is so much most would recommend replacing the door. The door edge guard to should do the trick. Just make sure to get the measurements before ordering the guards.
