EBC Brake pads

Does anyone have these on their MSP do they make them for our cars? if so where did you order them part # etc...Im going to be getting strret units crossed drilled and slotted rotors and eibach pro kit comming march and i need some brake pads to go with the rotors! i have Axis pads but they wear to damn fast and squeek on my car so Im looking for something different! thanks for your help guys!

i just put on the ebc green stuff brakes and sport rotors. so far so good, although it has alittle squeek, but other than that it's all good. turfburn was a big help in getting them for a good price.

I have 27k on my car and my brake light has been turning on which im guessing i need new brake pads. I was wonder which ones I should get?

I have them on my car for about the last 20K, and while I honestly cant say they are HUGELY different than OEM pads, they do provide a bit more bite and are great at resisting brake fade.

I've got the EBC Yellowstuff. When I first start driving they don't bite that hard and aren't great when cold, but get the job done. After they're warm they stop much harder than stock and don't fade at all. Well worth it, IMO

I use EBC yellows at the track and they are great. Only takes about one warm up lap to get them up to operating temp. For the street, I suggest the Green compound though. Protege Garage has a killer deal on OEM front pads though, $50.

yup, the Yellows aren't the best for the street, although the way people drive down here, I'll probably get them again.

I had yellow-type pads on a previous car (pads needed warming before giving great breaking). They're dangerous on the street - I had several situations where I was running out to get milk, or heading to work, and before I could warm the pads I had to, you guessed it, stop. Not fun. This is a situation where street pads are best for street, and keep the track pads on the track. There are high performance pads (green stuff, akebono, others) which have good initial bite and are more resistant to fade. Trust me - if you're driving on the street you want pads that stop well in al situations. Imagine "warming" the pads when it's 15 degrees out? They cool off quick.

Living down here, they're warm before I start the car ... I can imagine in 15 degree weather though. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that doesn't know what to expect, though. For the first week I had the yellows I had to hit remember to hit the brakes early at the first two stop sings in my neighborhood. Now, it's second nature and it's easy to use.

Damn straight he is. I bought EBC pads, rotors, and Russell stainless brake lines from him back in January or February. I finally installed them this past weekend and holy crap, the stopping power of the EBC pads is amazing compared to stock.
