For all of you trying to find ways to get a sub to the factory HU:
Check out your local 'big box' store (Ccity, BBuy) for the Infinity Basslink. It goes for about $300 or so (w/o installation kit) but will allow you to tie right into the speaker-level stereo outputs without anything else. It's really that simple. The amp is built in and it provides very clean, strong bass without being overly thumpy. Great way to just add some bass without disturbing the neighbors. Especially useful for audiophiles or anyone who wants to add some low-end without being obnoxious about it.
Or you can get any amp/sub combination and a "Line-Output Converter" (LOC).
