Driving me nuts!!

Hi, I have an airbag error code blinking on my 2007 Mazda 2 Sport. Can anyone tell me what this code means? It is 2 blinks, pause, followed by 1 blink, on the airbag dash light, hence code 21. Thanks and kudos for your help!!!

(my usual mazda forum wasn't of any help, I know I'm new but please help!!!)
