Does anyone know the awg size for these battery terminal wires?

The terminals are kinda funky and I want to replace them with these:
Fastronix Military Spec Battery... https://www.amazon.com/dp/ (commissions earned).

But, I think the copper lugs that came in the package are a bit too big for the smaller wires.

The terminals on my car were messed up when I bought it (connections still loose after tightening) so I just went and bought some cheap universal replacements at a local auto parts store. I think it cost me like $10 and they weren't hard to install. Just my two cents.

(I think these were what I got)

Oh man, I DESPISE those things. They are fine for an emergency repair, but no way I'd keep them as a permanent solution. Every single one I've ever seen, the wires start corroding.

I like these way better.

They've been fine in my experience, given what I paid. Your point is valid, I just haven't run into the same issue (yet).

My car is mostly stock and I was replacing stock terminals, so I don't need extra screw terminals for wiring anything else to the battery. If I ever got more serious with my modifications or went full track car, I'd reconsider.

Mine worked out great.
They cost about $4, but I had to wait months for them to arrive, then I waited a year to install them because I was lazy. Lol

I finally installed them when I had to replace my battery.

There was just enough wire length to trim about 1/2" of blue corroded wire off the ends then fit them under the clamp, without having to extend the wires.

I cleaned everything up and got rid of the corrosion with sandpaper and vinegar, then finished up but coating everything with my SIL-GLYDE brake lube.

It's just silicone grease, rubber grease, it is dielectric grease.
I use it on my lightbulbs too.

Although I haven't gotten around to installing my new bulb yet. Lol

Mine are a little off angle which allowed me to trim some of the wire back.
It was pretty rotten.
