Did i break something???

I was driving on the freeway and in forth and decided to step on it a little, it did the dreaded bogging and hesitation, but this time the CEL lit up off and on.

Now when i drive it still feels fine but at idle it makes sound like a knocking noise. If I press the clutch in, the noise goes away. When the CEL came on, it said it was p0300 multiple misfire. I cleared it and it havent came on yet, but the noise is still there. I don't think i can hear it while driving, but i would have to try it on neutral and rev it to see if it gets louder. I hope nothing broke, any ideas?

I can also feel to the clutch pulsate pretty strong, but it only happens right before the disengagement point. Once i press it in and it disengages, it becomes smooth like nothing was wrong, once i let go of the clutch and it i can feel it pulsate again.

i'm going to check plugs tomorrow, I recently put in 1 step colder and was running better than stock till this happen.

well you probably should go to the dealer. Clutch rattle has happend to guys( a few) before their motors blew but you dont have that many mods. Your mod list will not get ur s*** voided

I suggest going back to the stock plugs, and doing an ECU reset (disconnect negative battery cable, step on breaks for 30 seconds, and reconnect battery). Then drive for a bit for the ECU to re-learn.

well changed back to stock plugs and reset ecu, still no change. I brought it to the dealer just to be sure and they said its my clutch.

That is strange because the noise only started happen after the misfires. But what makes it stranger, the noise/vibration goes away after the clutch is pressed it. Only have 27k on the car.

Is it really the clutch or throwout bearing?

Is it possible that after the bogging and hesitation, it caused the rear or tranny mount to come loose or break?
