DGM carbon fiber front lip on 03.5 MSP?

will the dgm CF front lip fit on my 03 1/2 MSP?? anybody know where i can get a good deal on one if it will? thanks.

i dont know if it will fit the 03.5 they have a lip already installed from the factory. The DG lip has to go under the foglights and in front of the lower grille. That ones a tough call.

by "lip" on the 03.5 do you mean that black windsplitter??? just remove the windsplitter. i actually did not read that you had an 03.5, sorry my fault. I've seen both 03 and 03.5 bumpers though and think it will still fit.

you don't need to remove the lip to add the dgm. you'll just need to trim some of the dgm to contour around the 3.5's add-on.

you MAY need to trim the flares on the bottom of the 3.5's just a bit also.

I really don't think it will fit with te 03.5 lip, it won't be able to slip into the holes on the top nor fit flush against the bottom. Of course you can make anything fit but by doing so with this you will be chopping off more than you are keeping and having a poor fitment in the process. You may want to look at the onderground one, that might fit under th stock 03.5 lip.

Someone posted a pic awhile back, of the DGM lip on a titanium 3.5. It looked like blue tinted CF of some sort. I'll try to find it.

Sorry to be a pain in the ass mod, but we are trying to clean up all the forums to make it easier to search for items, and less cluttered. In the future, please post in the appropriate forum...example - Intakes, dispite being for the Mazdaspeed, belong in the performance section. Buying a carbon fiber hood for your Mazdaspeed belongs in the Appearance section. If you raced someone in your Mazdaspeed it still belongs in the Racing/Motorsports section. If you have any questions, comments, or complaints, feel free to PM me at any time.

Thanks again for your patience as we clear up the forums to make it better for you!

move it on over, move it on over, move on little dog, the big mods, moving in!

off to the app. section!

i seriously disagree.

It makes it much easier to find info on a SRI for a MSP if i search the mazdaspeed section for SRI than the performance section for SRI and then browse through those results for something relating to a mazdaspeed, and who knows if the person referred to it as a MSP SRI or a mazdaspeed SRI or a speed SRI or a MPS SRI or posted it in the mazdaspeed forum and just referred to it as an SRI.

and if I want info on a BOV for my msp im concerned with how the bov will affect my MSP turbo setup not how it will affect a spool turbo setup, so I want to search the mazdaspeed forum for BOV not the FI section.

And I am only concerned with the MSP so I browse other areas from time to time but only make sure to see all threads in the mazdaspeed forum. So if someone is posting about a BOV they got to work on their MSP without any stalling, they would have to post it in the FI section, and I would never see it, cuz i dont check the FI section, cuz i dont care about FI.

everyone needs to stop movin s***.

imo.

well sorry but people will complain no matter what one way or the other, and this has been discussed too many times...tell people to start putting MSP SRI in their title then...and its obviously not TOO easy to find info in the MSP section the way it was before i moved threads because in 10 pages of threads ive moved i think 8 threads or more relating to the intake...

that doesnt mean its hard to search, it means people, such as myself, are too lazy to search sometimes so they post new threads on a topic they know has already been covered

so now when I want to know about a SRI, instead of looking through all the SRI threads in the perf section, I will wind up just posting a new redundant thread in the mazdaspeed section.....which you will then move to the perf section

sooooooopa

why cant we just leave everything where it is, and move something out of the mazdaspeed section if it has nothing to do with a mazdaspeed, and move things out of the wheels section if they have nothing to do with wheels? It should be the poster's discretion where to post a topic depending on what kind of an answer they are looking for. You guys are just making more work for yourselves

because we will eventually clean up the performance section and merge all those threads...trust me!

are too lazy to search sometimes
exactly the problem half the time.

no, it will not be good for me, because I want to be able to search the mazdaspeed forum for all mazdaspeed related issues, because im weird, and I think that makes sense
