Delete Pipe question

One place is offering a 2.75 inch delete pipe, and the other is offering a 3 inch delete pipe and claiming 22 whp. Will the 2.75 get less? Next what brand would you go with the Street Utin one or the Turbo XS

I'd imagine the 3inch would only benefit you if you have a 3inch down pipe and 3 inch cat back. The 2.75 is for the stock set up.

Call Street Utin or CP-E, get a DP and enjoy the sound. Personally never had good experiences with the few TurboXS parts I or a few friends have had.
Should be hard to go wrong with a short pipe and a pair of flanges though.
