I've wanted wheels for my 2007 MS3 for a long time, and after getting the 3rd bend in my wheels due to potholes, I'm ready to pull the trigger!
I'd like to go from the stock 18" to 17x7.5 for the lightness and increased protection from those dang potholes. I've loved the Enkei PF01's (pretty light and love the look) for a long time, but there are a few things keeping me from them:
1. There are lighter wheels out there that look decent.
2. Price
3. No sizing (specifically, offset) is not optimal
So here are some other wheels I'm considering, and I'm having a hard time choosing!
1. Enkei RPF1 - PROS: lighter, and offset 3mm closer to stock. CONS: not a fan of the look. similarly pricey as PF01
2. Kosei K4R - PROS: a little cheaper, and lighter. closest to stock offset CONS: only comes in 7" width, not 7.5".
3. Motegi MR125 - PROS: cheapest! CONS: offset furthest from stock (+42 vs +52.5). Looks are just OK for me. Heaviest (by just a bit)
Vote for what you think I should run, and maybe reasoning behind it! Or feel free to suggest other rims too. Thanks for your thoughts.
