Dashboard Display Settings

Hi,

I am a fairly new CX-5 owner and like the car very much. When I picked it up, the dashboard in front of me would have a little animated diagram of my car along with cars in front of me, street lines and little warning messages if I strayed or got too close, etc. Since my last service, that has been replaced with a message "Next service due 7,500 miles." I really see no need to have this message and would like to have the dash go back to showing the original diagram.

Sorry, as I am sure this is a simple fix, but after fooling around with the settings and such, I am unable to figure it out.

Thank you very much for your help!

Press the middle of the button on the left on the steering wheel. The one where you change the radio stations. The center should be the info screen selections. There should be 4 different animations, the one with the car and the separation lines is one of them.

Wow, that was exactly what I needed to know. Much appreciated!

I kept trying to find a fix with the main "knob" and the vehicle/security/etc settings, haha.
