Anyone else get this survey?
It took me about 15 minutes & asked question about why I chose the CX-5 & what type of features I liked, the usual survey stuff.

Dear ,
As an owner of the new CX-5, you are part of an important group of individuals who can help guide Mazda in future product and service developments.

Mazda cares deeply about its customers' opinions. For this reason, they sponsor an on-line survey to gain customer insight and identify their products' strengths and weaknesses. We would very much appreciate it if you could spend 15-minutes of your time completing this August 30, 2013.

As a sign of our appreciation, your name will automatically be entered into a draw to win one of five draws for $250

The draws will be held on September 6, 2013. The first selected winners will need to accept the draw incentives within five working days of the notification else other entrants will be selected at random.

I got the same email, but the links did not work and the whole thing looked bogus to me; so I ignored it.

When I bought mine 3/12, I got an actual mailer survey from a 3rd party survey company not long after. It was quite lengthy, I would guess 5-6 full pages (with small font). Sadly, I never completed and returned it to them.

My brother bought a Hyundai perhaps a year ago. He e-mailed a QC segment of the company with some complaint/concerns he had about the car. A little later, he was contacted by Hyundai, inviting him to a brief personal meeting with a group of analysts, so, according to them, they could gather better data from him. He didn't take them up on the offer, unfortunately. But that is pretty neat alot of these companies are fairly proactive in improving their PQ.

I got the same survey. I've had several others from Mazda but this one looked completely different and asked many more questions about me at the start so I gave up on it.

The ones from Mazda looked different and focused much more on the specifics of the car.

Interesting. I can't seem to find this email in my deleted file, but as mentioned above, the wording did not seem very professional and the "sent from" address looked suspicious to me. And "As a sign of our appreciation, your name will automatically be entered into a draw to win one of five draws for $250." does not sound like anything an auto manufacturer would be behind!

The $250 is what prompted me to complete the survey LOL
The email address that it was sent fro
is: cx5survey@confirmit.mrops.net[/email]

& this was at the bottom of the email. Seem ligit to me & I didn't give out any personal info.
