Does steering input change via sensors depending on wet or dry road surface? Or is it unaffected?

I do not believe that the steering input changes during wet and dry surfaces. I can only confirm when it’s snowed out, the car would cut power if it sensed I was drifting, but there’s a fix that by popping the hood and pulling a specific fuse. Some cars in the past that I’ve owned that had sports/wet/snow/gravel buttons that would tighten up the steering response, but the Mazda CX five does no such thing in normal /sports mode.

Doubt it. Never heard of that.
Steering response is most likely speed-dependent only.
I also am not 100% certain of my replies.
