It looks like the dealer software locked you out. Take to another dealer or someone who has expensive professional odb reader to go into software and set desired mileage or switch it off.

Call Mazda Corporation and tell them this and that you want to meet district representative. Tell dealer your going to tell Mazda as per book it should be whatever service interval. Dealer is cheating you! What will he do next? Change dealer.

8000 km? Lucky you. Here in Colombia it is every five to keep the warranty in effect. A bug bear for me is that the dash warning about maintenance come on almost two thousand kilometers before due. I tried to reset that myself according to instructions given on this forum but didn't work. Mazda maintenance guy so said ok he'd fix but no change.
