CPE exhaust coming out of just one pipe

About a year ago I installed a used CPE dual exhaust and I have noticed that the exhaust just comes out of one pipe. Does anyone know what the cause could be? Does the exhaust just take the easiest route to exit or could there possibly be some build up or something in one of the other muffler? If it is build up, is there a way to clean the inside of the muffler?

my stock exhaust favors one side by he appearance of the clouds.

are there any bends or damage in the exhaust since install? how these things could have happened are unexplainable but still...

It's in pretty good condition, I am just going to have to take it off and look at it I guess. It's not that mine favors one side like yours, it strictly goes out one pipe. I have a catless DP and so I am constantly cleaning the black build up on the chrome exhaust accent on the one side but I have never had to clean it off of the other one......
