Got a '03 model w/ a A/T. I've got about 3K miles on it now and I've seem to notice that the cooling fan & compressor always come on when I turn the blower motor on. It doesn't depend on where the selector is blowing top vent/lowers or temp. And yes the A/C button is not lit up. I remember in my old GM's the heater and vent selections were called the economy mode. Anyone else notice this?
