Neither. This code means your catalytic converter near your exhaust manifold is bad, which can be caused by a misfire or simply age. If you have less than 80k miles on the car, get thee to a dealership, and they replace it for free.
There's a very slim chance that it's a bad rear O2 sensor, but on our cars, 99% of the time it's the pre-cats

Gonna be honest - not a big fan of that tip unless you can somehow match the cutout in the bumper to it.
