Alright guys, this is now going to be the second time im having issues with my clutch pedal. A few months ago my 3rd gear synchro went out so I had the clutch swapped out with act 6puck sprung hub clutch. car drove great until one day I heard pedal break and noticed pedal was sitting crooked. car was pita to shift until I finally had it swapped. Been almost three months now and I think the starter switch is out . Whenever I depress the clutch the car wont turn on. Is this the clutch pedal? Or? any help, advice is very much appreciated!

Thank you

The clutch interlock switch is likely bent/broken or has slipped off the tab that activates it when the clutch is pressed.

Oh ok. Where exactly is this located? Sorry noob at this

If you follow the clutch pedal (arm) upwards toward the pivot, you should see two switches that engage tabs off the pedal arm. The left side is the cruise control disengage switch and the right side is the clutch/starter interlock switch. You can test the clutch switch by jumpering the two wires and try starting the car. You will NOT need to press the clutch in with these wires shorted together.

FWIW, I have the clutch switch jumpered anyway to take startup wear off the crankshaft thrust bearing.

Ah alright!,i,appreciate your help. So if my starter switch is out, its repairable? I dont have to change the entire assembly? Are there aftermarket pedal assemblies available?
