'Clicking' from front end passenger side

I have a 2007 mazdaspeed 3 with a constant 'click' that occurs at the same point of wheel revolution...the wheel point of contact with the road. If I have the car's front end on jack stands, and I rotate the wheel, no noise...only when the suspension is loaded. I have already replaced the hub/bearing thinking it was a bad bearing, but the noise still exists. I do have aftermarket swaybars/endlinks/coilovers which all seem fine. My only other thought is the drive axle, but it doesn't get worse with any steering changes, or possibly a brake pad seized on a rotor that needs to be turned? Totally clueless...
