The top anchors have screws built in and they screw into holes in the sheetmetal, the bottom have rubber grommets with threaded holes that fit into the plastic trim and the anchors screw into the grommets. It's common for the grommets to pop out and wear out over time, I have removed them and put washers and a nut on those bottom anchors to secure them better.
