"Car is not equipped with navigation.....etc" Help!

Dear CX-3 Forum.

I had a working SatNav in car since I purchased it. However, I needed to remove the 'Shark-Fin' antenna to do a repair to roof.

When I plugged the antenna back in to the loom connector (and provided a chassis connection between fin and car chassis) - I get a message telling me the SatNav is not installed.

Instead I get a Compass display in the Infotainment system.

Can anyone help me with this?

I have now tried the original and a new Shark fin on the car - bolted to roof and reconnected to the loom. Neither will be recognised by the car Infotainment system.

I have tried the three button hold down, to force a reset (which it does) but still only the Compass appears.

Please does anyone have any ideas what to do?

Possibly a firmware update could help. Just throwing out ideas.
