Can anyone in the Dallas/Fort Worth area perform a used engine swap for me?

I have a 2015 Mazda CX9 with blown water pump... Looks like the cost of this is extreme with timing chain, belt, labor, etc.

I'm thinking it might be best to simply perform an engine swap and plug in a new timing chain and water pump at that time. Thoughts?

Anyone in the DFW area who has a shop and interested in this work?

Lame idea. Why not replace the entire vehicle?
