Bumper Plugs for front license plate holes

Can anyone recommend which bumper plugs would look best on a Protege5? I just bought a P5 out of state and they put the front license plate on (WTF), which is not required for my state! I've seen some custom bumper plugs that can be used on a Porsche which look very nice (http://www.geocities.com/esklut/BumperPlugPics.html) and was wondering if there are any kind of plugs like that available for P5's or any car in general, even if they need to be painted. It would be great if someone can post photos of their "hole" jobs. LOL

Thanks,

Had my holes filled in and painted when my bumper was repaired following a small (thank god) accident. Don't even have the small indentations - it's totally smooth and looks great! ;)

I'm in need of a better idea as well

Although in Ohio I really should have my front plate on! I just took it off, after installing the OE wind splitter. It looks soooooooooooooooooo much better without that gawd awful front plate.

I could paint these, but they don't fit as well as I'd like them to. So, I'll look around for better fitting "filler" plugs. I'll let you know what I find. ;)

You know since your splitter is black, it kind of matches those black plugs that you used. If you don't like the look, I sure do! Where did you get those plugs? I want to be able to put my plate black on when needed.

Agreed. It looks fine for now. :)

I think I picked them up at Pep Boys, if not mistaken.

Cool thanks. One last question, if I haven't exhausted you already, do you know the product number on that windsplitter, been searching for it online to no avail?

Not a problem. :)

p.n. for the splitter is 0000-8Y-C07. This is a kit, and comes with all nec mounting hardware.
