My car's 24 month old at 28,000 miles. Usually I switch brake fluid right around now along with doing a complete removal and re-install of brake components. My brakes are in fine condition but do notice some slowness while braking along with some softness.

The dealership I am in good books with stated they usually recommend brake fluid flush at 80k miles or 5 years. Mazda per se I don't think has any set schedule. Was thinking of getting https://www.amazon.com/dp/ (commissions earned).

Also not sure if I should just exchange it (cheaper) or do a complete flush.

Thanks. Thread closed. Much appreciated. Will be changing it then. I'll most probably do a simple exchange and do understand some amount will be left over in the ABS components.

Had brake fluid flushed by Mazda dealer. The have a machine for the flush process. $118 - 10% off coupon. Did this at 50k miles.
