Nope--I believe you have do do it manually via voice. I don't see how you could import a phone book, as you'd have to go back in and teach the system to recognize a verbal command anyway.
My Cadillac STS has Bluetooth too, and it allows me to dial from the NAV screen. A phone pad displays, and I can also display my address book and select from it, or dial via voice command. It would not allow me to import my cell phone address book either.
On the other hand, my Garmin Nuvi 660 GPS can import my address book. Go figure....
