Black HKS BPV, best place to buy?

I'm looking to buy the BLACK HKS BPV that already comes assembled with MS3 specific flange and recirc fitting and was just wondering if some of you could point me towards the right vendor that has competitive pricing as well as good customer service. I've been looking at ********** and protege garage but ********** only sells the black bpv and flange separately and then pg only has the silver hks with ms3 specific flange.

I'm probably wrong, but I read somewhere that the black was a limited edition and was just available as a universal part. Again, I'm probably wrong, as I have not seen the black one specific for the MS3.

One question though....what is the difference between the HKS flange and the cp-e flange?

The difference is the design which the Cp-e allows you to rotate your bov 360 degrees in order to have it fit / line up with your recirc tube

is it really that hard to get the flange on with the whole snap ring? That price of $282 seems pretty good for the CP-e bpv that has 360* rotation. jam_asian, does the cp-e piece come with everything in order for me to run in recirc?

Yes sir, it does. I got my kit from PG for a more affordable price compared to the $302.80 (Special Ed. Black) from Cp-e, but that's without the Cp-e flange.

As far as the snap ring, I don't think it would be too hard to install once you a pair of snap ring pliers.
