what happened?

I posted in the wtb section back in february and ttlkaos pmed me saying that he is selling his high boost kit for 600. I sayed cool I'll take it. then I got a pm saying that he has ordered a mam fmic kit and I would have to wait for that kit ti get there before he would take the high boost kit off and ship it. so me being so stupid and trusting in the good nature of man i said ok but I will only send a partial payment of 400. he accepted. during our negotiating I guess mam decided to move and a month turned into 5 months which I was not too pleased with but I understood that stuff happens. so when he finally got all the parts in he said he was going to take the high boost kit off on the 5th of july and ship it to me. thats when I got a pm saying tragedy strike. Ididnt even want to open the pm because I knew somthimg stupid happened and it did. he said that his neighbor back into the front of his car and smashed my kit. I pmed im back asking if he was going to send my money back. he said he was going to.after about a week I was like whats going on? he came up with this. I dont know how to use paypal. the funny thing is thats how I paid him. I sent money request and everything and now he will not respond to my pms.
