I have a 2004 Mazda 3i with about 100K.
This morning my transmission kept getting stuck at 20+\- mph. I drove back home and then waited until the dealership opened up. While driving to the dealership, the AT light was off and it was driving fine. I got there and they wanted $120 to diagnose it and $219 for a possible transmission flush. I just left because I didn't trust those numbers. On the way home, it drove fine until the last street and the AT light came back on and it stopped shifting.
I took a video to show what it does. I was trying to drive and it was just stuck. After reading a bit on this forum, it sounds like it could be a sensor locked me up from switching gears? I took my car for an oil change last month and they checked the transmission fluid and said it was fine.
