Yeah, Perfect Power PRS8 in parallel for me. :D (Provided I get all the kinks worked out).

HA! I was so close. I guessed the Perfect Power SMT6.

i sat in a 3rd gen rx7 with microtech in it that had all the creature comforts...and was using the stock ecu...

Microtech does make a fuel only computer. Maybe that's what you saw in the RX7.

Any updates on a datalog of a HiBoost kit running stock injectors? I would still like to see the duty cycles.

I was supposed to get it from MP5onBOOST at the BBQ but he didn't come, still waiting on Jason from toronto now.

Im going to the dyno on the weekend (finally) i will be datalogging each run...I will make it available to those that can read the actual file... but the dyno run will be published.

Turboage has been extremely helpful in helping understand the operation of the Haltech and it's software.

From what I can see....Hiboost has done a good job at setting up this system

As with all things.....there is always room for fine tunning.

HALTECH QUESTION.

I will be going turbo in the upcoming months and I will be using the E6X. I know that this ecu has several drivers and option outputs. Do you think it would be simple enough to have it control propane injection (example: http://www.importpoweronline.com/propane.html) so that it would turn on at about 12-14psi. Reason is, I will be running with forged internals and would like to see it reach 20psi. However, I live in AZ and you all know what that means. My only alternative would be to mix my own concoctions but I think the propane injection would be a nice feature.

Yes ddogg777. You can run it with the Haltech E6X. That will allow you not too use the Hobbs switch provided and control it according to coolant temp, tps position and rpms.

If this really works, it could be a very nice setup to save $$$ in high octane fuel.

Wow, that's pretty slick to take all those into account!

Yes, basically you use the "N2o Control" function to do what you're thinking about doing. It can only control the solenoid, it will not control any other part of the system.

I am looking at the Haltech E6X right now, but I only have one problem: the interface. Not only do I have a lot of programming experience, but I am an artist and interface designer by trade. I would love to create a more user-friendly Windows version of the the Haltech interface for myself if I get one. Has anyone attemped this yet?

Check this out...I wrote haltech about the crummy DOS interface and they quickly replied.
