Anybody with a good alarm and remote start?

I'm thinking to add these features, so I'm looking for options.
There is a kit that works properly, without shutting down the engine, when door is opened?
New remote would replace the factory one? If yes, then I don't mind giving up my remote for the install.

I'm interested in just a good 2 way alarm, with a LCD remote also. I may not get remote start.
