I've been suspecting a bad IAC valve. Now I totally lost idle - had to shim it to idle it up. Anyway, the voltage at the 2 wires into the valve are less than 1V with ignition on - not running. Then I start it and the voltage stays at almost nothing.
If there was NO voltage, I'd suspect a bad wire somewhere. But now I'm thinking a bad ECU driver for it??
